Well, I have reviews to do as well as preparing for some guests (hopefully) and racing Saturday at our local track.

I am going to be modifying my tables and setting up my track... or at least getting started. I can't really set it up until I have all my pieces.

Not much in my plans as far as slot cars go. Saturday I'm going to VA Motor Speedway for the World of Outlaws race, and I'm watching the Indy 500 on
Sunday.
I might work on painting some slot car bodies during commercial breaks on Sunday though.

Got my Taig lathe last week and built the work bench for it last weekend. This weekend is setup and learning to use it. Also want to get started with scenery
on my new routed track. And there is a voltage drop on the red lane I need to chase down too. Of course I plan to watch the Indy 500 on Sunday. Gotta get in
some beach time too!

Visiting relatives, mostly in-laws, so there will be very little slot related activity. Before leaving town tomorrow I may be able to sneak in a little work on
my AOL entries. Harry, did you intentionally choose the name so it turns out to be AOL?

Going to Poplar Bluff to test out a couple of my cars for the big Artin race (if my decals ever show up just like Harry but from a different supplier)then
racing with the rest of the SEMO slot bunch Saturday evening at Nick and Donna's. Cleaning house and doing yardwork Sunday. Back to work Monday.

No slotcar stuff this week end. Gonna see the real stuff. Got straight away seats at Indy. Leaving in the morning.
Took today off for the slotcars. Converted a Strombecker Cheetah to a Ninco Cobra Chassis and painted it. Primed the transporter and mounted an Airfex MGB on a Ninco Cobra chassis. Took the 1-1 hotrod for a couple hour cruz to the shop building the Y-Block for our '57 Ford.. It's still light out so who knows what else I can get done. 
Anyone can restore a classic car, but it takes a real Hotrodder to cut one up and make it cool!

My weekend's already started...
After a 1/2 day of work today to finish off the week, I went and did some work on my new track. Tomorrow will be most of the day on the track again. Then Saturday the wife and I will be participating (for the 1st time) in a lawn tractor pulling program. Sunday and Monday are too far away to plan just yet, but I expect I'll be doing more work on the track on at least one of those days...

Hey, it's Indy weekend! Yay! May have to prep my 1/32 resin Galaxie for the gold and white paint job (finally use my testors spray gun) so as to be ready
for my decals from England...

I received a couple of cars today from the brown truck. I ran a few laps with each, did a little scenery work and then finished for the day, We are headed for
the North shore of Lake Tahoe to spend the week end with her parents. They have a great view of the lake from their deck. And that's where the bar-b-que
and beer will be going on.
