Can't add much to what the Rev. said... other than that Al is a great guy & if one e-mails him, he will respond really quickly... next day for sure,
but if he happens to be on line, it could be almost immediatley .
I've got an order ready to go for some wheels & chassis parts; just waiting until he gets in the tubing for an adapter bushing which mates a 1.5 mm motor shaft to a 2mm pinion gear. Should be only a week, or so. And the wheels are "Way Cool"... about as good as you can get, at a really reasonable price. He gets 5 stars from me!
