Making a few Billboards |

I'm making a few Billboards to put around my layout. Here are a few I put together while I was watching the race. I'll be making a few more tall ones
to go behindthe Safety Walls and a couple bigger ones to go on the roofs of Grandstands. I finally got around to finishing up the 88 Motor Home too...

I also just bought this lighted Citgo sign on EBAY. The lights travel and they can be set to go in quite a few different patterns. I may get some others. And I
may get motivated enough to install some of the 18 double Lionel spotlights I've got.

I've got a bunch of those double light towers I need to get up and wire too...

My spotlights are the other kind with only 2 lights. I did a few more billboards.

I attach the glossy Photo paper to .040 sheet styrene with Scotch Permanent Double Sided Tape, then build a simple framework to support it. It'll be a
little more complicated when I have to do the framework with the angular bases for the grandstand roofs. That'll be when my order of Plastruct angle stock
comes in from Tower Hobbies.
