Like I mentioned in the Big Jim Troy post, I have also been working on a snap kit GTO ahhh..ummm CHEVELLE. I remember back in my early Chevelle days that many
parts were usable between GM makes. GTO,CHEVELLE,CUTLASS. So after looking over the GTO body a bit I figured what the heck. Here are the results so far. Front
was snubbed off. Hood was ground flat and a cowl hood was fabricated from styrene.Rear 1/4s were reshaped just a little. And the wing window was removed. Kinda
70 ish Chevelle. But it shall be a stocker so it will work for me. Front and rear bumpers are from NKOK Chevelle. Artin chassis of coarse....

Nice chop, cut and rebuild to make that Chevelle!
Back in my time ... Project X was a yellow 1957 Chevy... anyone else know what I'm talking about? |

Larry,
Project X was a yellow shoebox built by Popular HotRodding. I still have almost all of those issues. |
