I have a two lane Artin track equaling 60 foot a lap with a computerized timing systen. Even if you don't have any equipment, but have an interest, I have cars & controllers you can use in order decide if this is something you might want to try, without out of pocket expense. No dues, no politics, just racing & a brew or two. I'm retired due to a recent heart attack so my schedule is very flexible. Surely there is someone out there with some interest.
