More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Tags : None Hi, I bought some track off a member who sold some cars to a other member at the same time the boxes were shipped to the wrong address I got his, he got mine!! his box was lost (my pitbulls tore it up) the guy he bought from refunded his money from paypal and I sent the seller 1/2 the cost of the one car that was not found and shipped the other cars back but now The guy who got my track won't contact the seller or me about shipping my stuff to me or back to the seller!!! we have PM him and emailed but he won't reply and at the same time he is still posting so we know he is around I put this up with no names but in a few days if I don't hear from him I'll be telling all not to deal with because he should send my stuff out!!! Your dog tore up the box his cars came in along with 1 of the cars. The guy you both bought your stuff from refunded his money and he still has your track. You sent the guy you bought the track from (and he bought the cars from) the cars and 1/2 what the guy paid for the cars because doggie ate 1. Now you're out the money for the track, which he has and the money for 1/2 his cars , which he was refunded for and you are unable to contact him? I'd try to message him 1 more time then go public.......somebody must know him. Maybe there is a family problem. My Slot Car Site

He may do this to someone else in the mean time. You would be doing a service to the rest of us. The seller should also turn him in to PayPal.

I'm not sure why you are more upset with me than with Larry- he screwed up shipping your package AND he's upset with me that he had to refund my money. I guess it didn't help that he didn't believe the 'dog ate my homework' story. Rest assured, I'll send the borders once his refund clears my Paypal account.

Larry did send it wrong,not you or I !! I have to 90lbs Pit Bulls and I have a Dock locker that USPO,UPS,FEDEX Ect all put my boxes into, I don't know why the new post woman put the box on my front porch were nobody every goes? I didn't say my dog eat my home work, but that they dragged the box off and played keep away with one and other!!! I live on a 4 acer wooded lot!! you are lucky I found the 2 cars I did because the day after I looked we had 6" of show!! I paid out of my pocket to ship your cars and I offered to pay for the car I couldn't find Larry wouldn't take the money! so I just sent him 1/2 of what he said you had paid for the car so why are you holding MY track what do I have to do with Larry???? Yes I messed up... but I was trying to fix it. Why would you not answer any PM's? The day you filed the claim with PayPal is the exact same day I got the cars from RAC420. I still wanted to try to make the deal work. I even asked you what you thought would be a fair amount of $ to refund to you for the car that got destroyed but you didn't reply. Yes at first I doubted Rick's story about the dogs destroying the packaging but once I saw the bubble wrap that the one car was in I could easily see how the dogs got to it and not the other. That being said all of this could have been fixed easily if you had simply replied to my PM's. The last PM I received from you was stating that you would be willing to ship the borders to Rick and I would refund the shipping amount. I sent you his shipping address and then never heard a thing until the e-mail from PayPal notifying me of the claim against me. Of course I was pissed when you filed a claim with PayPal without as much as a simple reply to the attempts I made to fix my mistake. And why are YOU making somebody who is at no fault in this wait for his items??? I don't know why PayPal is taking so long to release the funds to you because the money was taken out of my account last Thursday so I know they have it. They are the ones holding that up not me. And Rick, I appreciate your patience through all this. You should not have had to wait all this time for your borders and I appologize for that. I will not appologize to Steve as I believe that he is the one that has really damaged this transaction. Yes I initially screwed it up... i admit that but it could have been handles much differently from there. PS: This is the first transaction that I have EVER had go sour like this and between eBay and other forums I have been involved in literally hundreds of transactions. I can't believe that I made the shipping mistake that I made but it happened. All I wanted to do was fix it and keep a good trading reputation. More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Larry it happens a lot more then you would think (the shipping mix up) I used to build computer and I sent a $500 CPU to a guy who bought a $15 RAM stick, did was like me and when he opened the box and saw a high dollar part and thought of the poor guy that is missing it If I thought like Steve, I should have held onto his $150 cars until I got my $35 of Carrera track Steve I spent about $8 shipping and $22.50 for %&$%ing lost car and now you say you are holding my Track until you get the PP refund was that your last $150 to you name (loser) and you don't have the money to mail my track give me you PP info and I'll send you the shipping Death is Certain Life is Not !!!
