Just picked up an old Testors Hawk kit of the Lancia Ferrari in 1/32 I was wondering if any one else has built this kit and if so which chassis did you use or
would you recommend?

I personally haven't built one, but they are neat looking cars. I've always wanted to build the Harvey Aluminum Special, similar car, but have never
found one in 1/32 scale.

Hello, I have built the Resilient Resins body of the Lancia Ferrari. I'm only guessing but they are probably about the same size. I used the PCS32
chassis found in the link below. I had to cut the side pans down some to get it to fit properly. I see in the link that now there is a chassis with no side
pans that would work even better. Regards, John

I built one a while back with the Hawk body and used the chassis from a Scalextric Maserati 250F.
Works real well and is competitive with other classic grand prix cars. Here's the link to my posting.

The Ninco Ferrari 166 chassis works real well. You need to do some trimming ahead of the front axle, and behind the rear axle. I have a ton
of miles on mine, and it still runs good. Dave |

I've seen that one on ebay, but I'm cheap, and $14.99 for a clear body is a little more than I would spend. I guess I need to sharpen up on my wood
carving skills.
