I post the link to SF so that you could see what I have done so far. Posting link because I am to lazy to retype it all and I want to get back to playing with my cars.

Carrera lane change problem |

I was having a problem with my LC's not returning to straight. I think I got a temp fix on it at most. Anybody got any ideas or have had this happen to
them.

I've had this problem 3 times, all due to guide flag issues, guide flag "hops" over mechanical return switch instead of pushing it. On one D132
car I trimmed the front edge of the guide to remove some of the radius. On the D124 cars with the "new" drop arms I replaced the guide on one and
lowered the front end on the other. After these minor adjustments all 3 have been problem free.

I some carpet debris in one of them and that cleared up its problem. For the other the first thing I suspected was the flags. I changed them out, Added alot
of lead because I thought the cars were hopping over the return mechanism. But still at speed the LC snapped back to lane change. Drove me crazy. If you read
my post on SF, it was finally with a small car that was magneted for max adhession I could see the mechanism bounce back after car past by. Anyway hope my
repair is permanent and either I or if someone experiences the same
