After a bit of work, I've almost got the entire enchilada done. I'll go ahead an plan on releasing this sucker. I'll do it both ways, including the chassis I mocked up as it runs so nice. Actually, I had to force myself to take it off the track before I broke my one and only mule!
For those that want to scratch a chassis or use something else, I'll offer it that way too.
I've corrected many issues the Strommy version had, as nice as it was. For one, this car NEVER had windshield posts. The rollbar is what is always visible. I've set it up with dual carbs, as I loved that look. I used an Artin can motor off a Stocker and the Rev-Mono Daytona wheels and axles that I had in the package. I even matched the interior spare tire with those wheels. Good competition for the new Rev-Mono Chappy and King Cobra so far with zero tuning.
Give me about 2 weeks, and I should have some good news! I should be able to post prototype pics in a few days.
