I have been playing around testing different techniques for building the front push bar (bumper).
Well I came up with this design using 3/32nd tubing that slides into 5/32nd tube.
Using this does 2 things: It allows you to build your front bar and have it adjustable. You can set the distance easily and then glue it in place. The second thing this does is block up the front axle to rid it almost completely of the vertical free-play. I added a very thin shim over the top to make it juts perfect, but just the tubing alone makes a huge difference.
