We had a '74 Dodge Tradesman 100 that my Dad and I fixed up...wood paneling and shag. I'd been looking for some 1/32 scale vans to make into a slot vehicle. I score two vans at a model car show/sale. This is the first one I'm doing. Trying to capture that 70's look. I first tried it on a skinny-boy chassis I had lying around. I didn't like the wheels at all so I ordered up a fat-boy chassis and it looked much better. Here it is painted up with some of the decals on it. I'm going with the wizard/dragon theme. It was in a zip lock bag with a bunch of other 1/32 scale bodies. Some are cars and a couple of pickup trucks. So there are more to come once I get to them.

I wonder who made that kit. The only one I have found close is The Only one I have found close is the A Team one in 1/24

It looks really cool going around the track. Hmmm I may have to do that make it an opener and fix up the back. I'll have to refer to my friend modelcarjedi as he is the model god. Black3sr I'm not sure who made the kit. I did some searching and can't find anything. It was in a bag with a bunch of other bodies. When I get home I'll see if there are any mold markings in the body.

It actually handles very well and is pretty fast. And remember...If this van is a rockin', don't come a knockin'. The last thing I want to do is figure out something for the grille. I have some big blue LEDs, there is one between the foglights on the front. I'm thinking about putting another one in and drilling out holes and use them for headlights.

I also have a few of the A-Team vans and a couple of the kit's that spawned it, they're 1/25th instead of 1/24th. Does that van remind anybody else of the Altell comercials?

I have the same one, just a different color. Found mine on ebay. Still doing the body work on it. The grill was originally a decal on mine, need to figure something else out for it.
