Years allowed are 77-Present. So I have had this Monte laying around for ahwile. Had a landua roof I had to sand away in order to do Harry Gant or DW. But I thought, what the heck...mix and match some decals and make a fantasy car for the last HOO-RAH this season. I know, looks rougher than a corn cob...but I think some decals will clean her up.
