Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	It seems that everyone has forgotten that in the IROC series the cars didn't just look alike. They were all set up and tuned by the same group of mechanics. All the cars had identical setups. While in NASCAR the cars may have a strong resemblance to each other they definitely don't have identical setups. Each crew has their own "secrets" that they use to tune and set the cars up. So, in reality, NASCAR is not IROC. [Also, in NASCAR all of the cars are not all driven by champions! ] Patrick

They did at Talladega today. Big Mike Never argue with a fool, they'll drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

F1 has been legislated into the parade it has been by Mr I can't keep my pants on Mosley. NASCAR has done the same, fortunatly without the parade. I attend F1 races & NASCAR as well as watch on TV. The IRL has racing as close as NASCAR. NASCAR isn't bad, racing, it just cuts out individuality and lives in the past with it's carburated motors and other restrictions that don't encourage "improving the breed" as F1, LeMans, both the race and the Euro series, and ALMS, among other series. We can attribute many automotive improvements to F1 and LeMans type rules. What has NASCAR done for your street machine lately? Better fuel injection systems, better brakes, better tires..........................? Same can be said of the IRL. And yes, LeMans is still alive and doing better than ever, thank you.
