M1 didn't tell much of the story (not that he ain't a talker). The four cars you see are the result of three casts each! The first cast was the
learning experience and after some discussion we popped the first two good ones! I'm certain there's more learning to be done, but the hard part is
over.
These bodies are heavier than the vac forms (DUH!) but the detail is awesome. No pics can really relay the fine detail of a resin cast. 1/43 is a new ballgame folks! |

Are these Poly Ester bodies?
I went to grade school with her and her sister Molly. They were twins. They had buck teeth so bad, they could eat corn on the cob thru chicken wire.

Lib and I kicked around the idea of making these like a glue together model. Then we thought that might not be a good idea. so here it is the very first
resin cast out of the mold. We also thought we could just send it to slotsquatch and let him figure it out.
