Hi John, Since I'm on a mac I can't neatly post links but here are some answers. 1. Pacer is long gone. Scaley brought out a car with onboard intelligence called the Challenger in 2004. It drives slowly around you layout memorizing the turns and then you can race against it. Harry did a review here: http://www.homeracingworld.com/challenger.htm. According to this post you can still find a Challenger, but best bet is ebay, there is Pacer functionality in Sport World, I think, and users have added it in in Scaley Digital, but Scaley itself will add it to digital later this year. http://www.slotforum.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=908 You can use two pb to drive either direction, as shown here: http://www.citizensoldier.org/dualrace.html But the best thing is to just go ahead and build drivers stations, here's something simple: http://www.citizensoldier.org/driversstations101.html With drivers stations you will be able to deliver more amps to the track (you can fry the diodes in the rectifier circuit of the stock pb) and rewire your track to positive polarity if you'd like, as most club tracks are. And, of course, you can wire in reversing switches or even wire it so you can switch which drivers station controls which lane. As long as you have classic, you might want to look for one of the old Le Mans starts. A friend who races digital has 3 of these - enough for six cars - and they are a blast.
