Another project I finally got to finish... This thing was a real "junk yard dog" when I got it, but a a little paint works wonders......

Thanks guys, Jim the manifold set up came from a Hot wheels sized diecast car, there called "Muscle Machines" and the motor parts are very close
to 1/32 scale. I've only found them at Wal-Mart.. Chet I was lucky the windshield and rear window came with the body, they were very yellowed and scratched
up but I used "Novus" #2 plastic polish and they cleaned up great.
Thanks, Rick |

Here's a couple pics of the chassis. I used Monogram Grand Sport wheels & tires on scalextric axles 1/8 o.d. brass tube over the axles fit the
Stromy chassis perfactly.T S P 1 guide flag. Added a small piece of brass plate to support thr motor and it worked out great. Runs nice and smooth, no mag
Artin power.

What a turnaround on this basket case Rick, really turned out beautiful. I did the same as far as the chassis on mine. The Stommy chassis is a surprizingly
nice drive for as old as they are, with a nice set of axles, wheels & tires.

Ok, ya got me motivated. I fit an NC2 in the Strommy chassis and will start looking for the wheels and tires next. Also started one with a Ninco Cobra chassis
with an NC1.
I'll keep ya posted..
