This is more complicated than I thought it would be. I recall the old HO sets (70's Tyco and AFX) not having these issues. I know this is probably an apple
to orange comparison...
Is there a good solution to this incompatabililty? Is it better to buy a different brand of track that all cars will perform on? Thanks |

SCX and Carrera track are nearly the same, only the snap pieces and the rails are a little different. here is a photo from SCX and Go! track so there changing the brand in 1/43rd is not a real solution controller solution we already had above. the power supply? have you checked http://homepage.mac.com/pmarchand/power.htm ? for a start just try the Go! cars on your track like they are. If you feel that they are to slow, you can start thinking about changing to another powersupply. Peter aka puddle dude |
