Ide in marketing seems to be the man to talk to. I would send Artin a message directed to Ide, because he took care of me very well. Recieved a message today
that Artin will be releasing more licensed digi pro products before x-mas

Hi Guys, I just got my Digi-Pro car from Artin. It only took three months. I was beginning to think that they went out of business. When I tried to call their
phone number, I was told that the number was no longer in service. I sent a final E-Mail to them. I got Ide. He told me that the car was sent to me in February
and must have gotten lost in shipment. This the same answer others have got! Well I don't know what is with Artin, but I got my car and I am satisfied. I
hope that everything is OK with the company. Many of us like their track and cars. So right now I am happy and hope that Artin is OK.

Still waiting for the power base and one car that was promised to me for the first week of March. It is now the first week of May....maybe I won't see the
replacements until June. Meanwhile the set has been useless since February.
Too bad Artin can't get with the program. What would it take to have their US distributor have some replacement parts on hand for warranty service? It is ridiculous to be shipping replacements from Hong Kong and expecting customers to have to wait that long before they can use the product. |

I would contact Walmart customer service about the situation that you are having with Artin. Tell them everything that has happened so far. They will get involved and make sure it gets resolved. Best regards,
