For the most part folks are mostly concerned with the rear tires, that is typically what we all make. The fronts have have always been fine, left stock. However if you want to make some front tires, you want to use at least a durometer of 50, more likely 60. We found the softer (lower durometer) the better grip. Greater than 40 (Shore A, is the typical scale range), and traction decreases rapidly. Smooth-onVytaflex 60 or Reoflex 60 should be a good place to start. Reoflex seems grippier but is also a little more flexible for the same durometer.
