Just found this awesome slot car video on youtube - most of the video focuses on some really nice 'scenery' - the track doesn't actually come into
view until about 2:25 into the video - wait for it.

What I wouldn't do to run around those curves. Wireless controllers also.

OH!! 2:25!! I thought you said 2:20..I kept restarting it because I thought I missed it! Bummer. I didn't see any scenery either, was it Woodland Scenics?

I went back and checked (repeatedly), and there were slot cars. They didn't appear to be well tuned, though -- they were bouncing all over the place. I
was captivated.
I think they were no-mag. They didn't appear to be held down by anything.

The track and cars were provided by Jim from Nomad Slot Racing Jim is a long time slot racer and has a great
online presence as well as a great shop where people race three times a week. Check out the web site, well worth it .... Especially the part of the web site
that deals with "special cars" ... Some real gems in there !!!!! If you are ever in the San Diego area, check him out ...
