Got a Peavey then a Carvin electric guitar during high school. Picked up a Tama drum set then a Seagull acoustic guitar during my college days. Got rid of
everything after college when I moved out to Hawaii. Would like to get another nice acoustic guitar again, but have no time right now as it is........besides
my 3 little ones would probably wreck it or use it as one of their toy box.

Wow! Great responses.
But as with all creative souls (and don't try to tell me slotters aren't creative), we tend to branch out in different directions. To me it's all self-expression. From the racer who comes up with a catchy name for his layout (Stratocaster Speedway) to the most talented scratchbuilder, to the open-mike-nite/ kareoke singer, to the most reclusive woodshedder; a few words................................... Express, share, and take pride your passion, but most of all have fun doing it! (thanks for the soapbox  )  .............Blueaxe

I don't play ,but, I work for a company here in New Hampshire that makes the shells for musical drums.Plus my Cousin is John Cafferty of Beaver Brown

Guitar for over 35 years.
Played every honky-tonk and dive between Houston and New Orleans. Can hold my own on bass and drums. Like to try picking out stuff on the piano. We have a smokin' band at church I play in now. None of this "now I lay me down to sleep stuff", imagine Brian Setzer playing Gospel and you'll get the idea. I still sing dopey love songs for my wife on Valentine's day and our anniversary. (  it still works  )
