Dave,
Not complaining...was just hoping it didn't fade away all together. I'll probably get 2 Cheetahs. I can't afford the vintage ones, so have no choice but to wait. Glad all is well in the MRRC world. Thanks for the info. E. I've got my own Department Store |

2 Things, I really dig that Porsche 910. What years and what sanctioning body did they compete in? Also, Is it just me or has anyone else never seen the "fins" on a GT40 Mark IV before?

That GT-40 is a must have but the body is way out of proportion for a MkIV | ||

Speaking of which, I am doing some work for a company Called Icons Inc. in NC. They are a diecast manufacture and working with Lee Holman of Holman/Moody.
Years ago, FORD gave the GT-40 Mk II to H/M...every bit of it. Now that the owners son has taken over, he's found that there are about 25 chassis that
were never built but assigned Serial Numbers from 1968. So they are building new '68 GT-40 MK II complete with the 7 liter 427 engines.
Here's a few pics of them... Lee Holman on the left, me on the right...I later drove this around Charlotte Motor Speedway for about an hour at 150+ mph
this red one is being completed for a customer...to the tune of $1 million!!! ![]()

Went to gt40s.com and found a artists painting of the car with the fins, but no photo of a real GT 40 with fins.
Anyone can restore a classic car, but it takes a real Hotrodder to cut one up and make it cool!

The GT 40 Mk4, and the Porsche 910 look great. I am looking forward to getting them. I like the new chassis and I have been able to tune it for both non-mag,
and mag racing! I am also interested in getting a Cheetah, but I am willing to wait for him to get it right!

They're all nice cars from the era I like, but we've got the Porsche Carrera from Fly, so the Cheetah and the GT-40 would be instant list
toppers...........actually, I would get the Porsche as well, because they would match up well for racing together.

All my life I thought I was mostly Dutch and now my mother tells me I am mostly German and no Dutch. Ellis Island changed our name. Does this mean I have to
like Porsches? I want one of those at least. The Mk IV is a gottta have. I went through all the Nurnburg pictures on the other site and these two are on list.
The Mk 4 looks better than the NSR one by leaps and blondes.
