To be honest...I like the IMSA? Stang over them all. THAT is new thinking I can appreciate.

There's a lot to like there. They'll sell as many tube frame Mustangs as they can make.
I like cottage cheese. That's why I want to try other dwelling cheeses, too. How about studio apartment cheese? Tent cheese? Mobile home
cheese? Do not eat mobile home cheese in a tornado.

I don't have much use for street versions of slot cars but those Trans Am and IMSA cars are WAY cool. I agree with Jenny about the Gurney Mopar. I am
currently making the very same car out of one of the Carrera Hemi Cuda's. If I'd of known about this one coming out, I could spent my energy on
something else. That tube frame Mustang should have natural go fast potential. Low wide and fast.

By the way, except for the MGB, it appears to be 100% American subjects. Anybody support this?
Pete, I always liked the Legends cars. I've seen them close up, but never actually racing. I'm with you, I'd have to try one of those...

Do we know if there is going to be a distributor in the US? There's 2 or 3 "must haves" in there

They do have some interesting products.

For some answers to these and other questions you can read this thread on Slotforum.com. But the short answer is yes.

I followed the Slotforum thread earlier with high hopes and so far am not disappointed.
Hopefully the US distributor will be a reputable one. I was going to pre-order from the Pioneer site but xe.com calculated the price for the two Bullitt cars to be around $109 at the current exchange rate. Nice cars but ouch. This could get pricey with all of the other offerings. Brian |

Harry,
Have you tried to contact Pioneer? Maybe you could get a car or two for a review. Best regards, Brian

I'll ask, Brian. Pioneer sent me a nice e-mail today, and he might be open to it.
He seems to be a smart, sensible guy. I really think they'll do well.

Well that would be nice. Thanks Kurt.
I have no access to SCI of course and cannot see any email info on the site? "They Didn't Say You Couldn't" - Smokey Yunick

You know I'm diggin the MGB, the Imsa and the legends car. I hope they do make it to our market. It would be a shame for them to have all that American
muscle and not make it here.

Jim, the plan is to market primarily to North America, so good news there.
Jules just told me that it looks good for a review. Not sure if I'll get a prototype or early production, but you guys will be the first to know.

Can't wait for the IMSA...perhaps these folks will be my replacement for Fly!! I hope the finish of the body is good...I can make a chassis...just give me
a fly-like body and not carrera-like and I'll be set!
