Carrera D132 Nascar Set Rec'd: No Lane Change??? |

Received my Carrera Nascar D132 set. Read the instructions, set it up a temporary track (i.e. no lock pins/etc), and tried out a car. The lane changers
worked once... and that's it. Haven't been able to get them to work since. Any ideas?
Any help would be much appreciated. Not off to good start on my re-entry to slotting... huh?

FIXED IT.
Apparently, as configured you must go clockwise and NOT use the "polarity" DIP switch on the cars to cause them to run counter-clockwise. Moving the DIP switch to reverse polarity also places the car into Pro-X mode, thus the D132 lane changers will not function. I guess at this point, the only way to go counter-clockwise is to mount the connection track to the INSIDE of the oval? Weird. Andre Ming |
