Can some video nut help me play and export downloadable videos from DVD's using Windows XP Professional S.P.2
XP will read the DVD ram from the camcorder and I can rip and edit just fine. But, my wireless tv in car camera records thru a VCR/DVD combo machine. The DVD it burns from live tv recording fails to get XP to see it. I downloaded AVS brand DVD software for "free". I ended up with a capture I could export to .avi....what a disappointment. It was jittery, pixelly, dark and had "UNREGISTERED VERSION" on every frame so big you can't see the movie.
