1 1/2 thick...perfect...I re-hydrate all my steaks in salt water for about 2 hours, then make a light garlic butter to baste while cooking.

Them's a little small for us Iowa boys, Harry but I bet they'll taste good!
I always use a sprinkling of Cavendar's on my steaks at least a half hour prior to grilling. It soaks in, tenderizes the meat, and enhances the flavor. A1 or Heinz is not allowed on the table when we are eating good steak! |

T Bones are nice, but if you look, you'll see that Porterhouse is almost always the same price. Look at the size of the tenderloin, the Porterhouse is
around 3X as big. Same taste and tenderness, more tenderloin. Just check it out. don't get me wrong there isn't a thing wrong, but my friendly across
the street meat cutter made me wise to the difference. Ask your guy about Porterhouse.
I hear ya about the A1 and other things too!!!! |

Well boys...for my little town, this is not bad:) The only "sauce" we have is the juices from the steak.

Be Honest, do you lick the plate in front of the dog, or go into another room and do it behind a closed door? LOL
