husbandly chores (washed my dirty clothes)...Anyway, the RMS Transporter and a Fly race truck were waiting on my work bench...


Since I first saw Dave&#39;s transporter I knew I wanted one as a slot car. Here is my progess thus far. With trusty saw in hand I destroyed a perfectly good
Fly race truck chassis...


Here is the stock chassis before my handy work began. I thought the side ribs would be a great way to keep the chassis in... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ Body mounts are made.

I used the floor of the cab and added a hole in the chassis for the mounting point. A hole was drilled just to the inside of the original hole.

The ramp body was easy as well. I used 3 styrene dowels. Measured the height needed to keep the body level and the tires from rubbing.
