And yes, the Green Helmet was awesome. DR2000 and Eat My Dust are special to me as I saw them in a double feature at the local theatre way back in 1976.

A lot of racing movies are only worth watching for the cars- The "Lively Set", for instance, is really only worth watching for the Chrysler Turbine car racing a Facel-Vega at the end. "Grand Prix" isn't too bad when you fluff by things like plot and dialogue (Though I do like Mifune and Celli in their respective roles) and just enjoy the racing footage.
