Missed this one ... do that too much - missing nifty rides that is.

Very cool, really like it, not many build 1/32 dragsters, most are1/24, sometimes 1/18. Glad to see you do this one and do it so well, indeed.

Harry, we just got the track (drag strip) up and running the right way. Before and after our club race the guys that have drag cars race them. So far, its just a handful of guys, but its starting to grow at Buds. Soon we should be having our real first drag race. ElSecundo, yes it would be great if they did come out with a drag car.

Nice work!

I got a 1/24 lexan top fuel body a couple years ago and tried to cut it down to 1/32.
The whole project ended up in the trash can. It was just beyond my model building abilitties.

The gear just looks like its in the slot, but it clears the track, not to worry! Everything is made for a 1/24 car, but im trying to get it to fit on 1/32 stuff. So far, its working out.

Am I seeing things or does that aluminum spur gear actually sit in the slot?

If it does, it's time to change it, ain't no way that things going straight enough to not hit if it is in the slot. Not to mention the very real possibility of a short circuit.
