I know WWW.budshocars.com has the Carrera
132 chips available. As long as they fit in the car you should be good to go.
2nd According to the Carrera rep he told me that pro-x can be run on the 132 track."Because you can dumb the system down".
You can't run both system together (One at a time)

I'm no expert on digital stuff since I only own a couple of Artin digital sets myself. However I do know enough to say that your questioner's query was too generic to give an answer. There are several digital systems out there, some easily transferable, some not. To provide that answer, you would have had to have a specific digital system in mind.
