We don't do a lot of wood and I can't find my file to see what speed I used when I did. <br><br>Does the router &quot;bog down&quot; much as you're pushing thru?   I've pushed speeds thru 1/4&quot; PVC up to 200 ipm and never bogged the router with 1/8&quot; bit, but I'm sure hp comes into play there and this thing is a monster industrial deal. I cut my track on a CNC router (one of the benefits of working in a sign shop) with vacuum dust collector, but others will need that very information.   I hope Harry will put this on a sticky to stay at the top. 			<description><![CDATA[ I didn't route my track I bought an Auto Rama unfinished one.<br> But I can chirp in on a couple of your questions.<br>1) I believe MDF is easier to route and has a smoother surface.<br>2) Mine is tape. Way cheaper and now with the new tape laying gizmo a heck of a lot easier. I get some good bite.<br>3) Flat latex, once again you can by the $10.00/ gal stuff and roll it on.
