Not so much a tool as it is a relatively painless way to achieve nice convertible vac forms.

Take Die cast appart, remove interior tray and windshield.
Cut out a tray to fit the interior exactly using thick styrene.
Tack inside body using sticky tack.
reassemble car
Fill inside of windshield with modelling clay.
Place both objects on vac table spaced appropriately, vac form both objects on one piece of pet-g. tire rollout per motor rev = tire circumference / gear ratio

The stock Artin gear ratio is 2.8:1.

The wide Artin tires measure .670" diameter (on the wheel) giving a circumference of 2.105".

2.105" / 2.8 = .751" rollout

I designed the existing wheels to match the Artin fat tires diameter. The slicks are stretched over the wheel.
