Window tint?

I managed to booger up a windshield with some glue and was wondering if anyone has tried to "darken" the glass to simulate window tint and how they did it?

you will need sheet styren .060 cut to
1) 1 7/8x ?(1" longer than wheel base) x1
2) 9/16x ?(1" longer than wheel base) x2
3) 9/16 x 1 1/8 x3
4) 2 x 1/4 x2
5) 1/4 x 1/4 x4
6) 1 1/16 x 1/2 x1
7) set of carrera axles and tires

Lighted Citgo Billboard on the Layout

Pull Truckin

Just finished another little pull truck, I build these ever so often for the heck of it and sell them on the bay. Just thought I would give yall a look. (I used to pull Stompers on the weekends back in the 80s) Made from a Bully 4x4 by New Bright, then it gets cut up, turned into a 2 w d, SCH motor (bought a bunch when they were clearanced just for these). Re wire 2 - 9 volt bateries in series through a off/on switch. And a little fabricating here and there.

Scalextric "Tupperware" and stripping agents

Tried this on "painters corner", but no bites;

I got an old school Scalextrix Ferrari P4 that I am itching to convert to a 412 and would like to know if anyone has successfully been able to strip the tampos with anything like 91% alcohol or Castrol Super clean degreeser. I am aware that this type of "Tupperware" plastic is said to not hold conventional paint and will be trying the Krylon Fusion paint for plastics.

I wish I had a picture of this before I started on it. I got this in a box of the cheap Strombecker track at an auction. When I got it the body was almost pink it was so dull and the drivers head was missing as were the windshield and head lights. The wheels only had two tires and they were rotted.
