except for paint. I this weekend I worked on the driver and rider for the sidehack. 2 days to get the figures right, hacking and re-gluing, hacking and
re-gluing, till my fingertips where a solid coat of CA. Also got the body and fairing filled and started on primer coats to get the the solder joints to

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve been enjoying my SCX Compact cars so much lately that I was actually contemplating getting rid of or converting my Artin cars.

Well, I got to running some Artin cars today.  A well tuned Artin runs so smooth and quiet and accelerates so nicely out of the turns and fishtails nicely.  I
run them at 7.5 volts.

If I was to compare 1/43rd to HO, I would say the Carrera Go!!! and SCX Compact are like Tyco 440-X2 or Tomy Turbo and Artin is like a T-Jet.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Well after I got back from Calf. Monday; I started on my version of a 1/43 Super Modified. I drew out a rough sketch of what I wanted and started from
there. I used piano wire for the main frame and 1/16 th welding wire for the roll cage. The jack shaft supports were made from the rear section of two 130
series motor cans. the jack shaft itself was made from an old armarture with the stacks removed then shorten. The rear axle support was cut out of a peice of
