removing axle play on a Marchon H0 chassis

i´m currently building a 1/43 Mini. I wanted to use a Marchon chassis. The rear axle snaps into the chassis from below.
As i want to run the ready car on my wood track with copper tape, there will be no magnet downforce.
I want to removed the horizontal and vertical play out of the axle - how can this be done?

I normally race the larger scales but during the winter I race some HO with my son in law and his friends, I have some older super g plus and tyco 440 x2 cars but they can not keep up with his fast trackers down the straights by far, can not find a good answer on the internet but is the fast tracker the fastest out of the box or is there more to it than that?

I by Nature was a 1/24 Wing Car Racer that just fell in to 1:43, and now have reached a level of Obsession that I've just made a deal to unload a some of my 1/24 stuff, and I'm going to turn that investment around in to tooling and 1:43 Parts. BeachJets at the Beach!

The next round in the MASCAR championship, is Saturday, December 5th, on Tom Bowman's Virginia Beach Raceway. The class is BeachJet {which encompasses Fray and VHORS T-Jets} and IROC.

Track opens at 8am, and tech follows at 11am.

MASCAR's fastest class, 3 ohm polymer traction magnet cars, are making their seasonal debut at Ronnie Jamerson's 4x16 foot Wiz track, known as Church Hill Raceway...Saturday the 21st, Gloucester, Virginia. All racers are welcome, to try their luck on this fast and smooth road course.

I was taking apart an ho car and lost one of the motor brushes. But the motor brush is smaller then the ones I have for a t-jet. Would anyone of you guys no where I can get a pair. Also the chassic that it goes in has a small magnet on each side behind the motor magnet. I never came across this before....

I've been tinkering with slots for quite a while... along the way I've managed to gather several boxes of various types of track before I settled on Tomy for my layout. I have boxes of TycoPro and Aurora track lying around that I'm probably not going to be using any time soon. I also have a good number of Tomy loop track sections that I'm not going to be using.

Anyone interested in details? I can provide counts and pics....
